SFI Cancellation Policy: 

Field Courses

For registrations cancelled 14 days or more before a course, SFI will refund the full tuition minus a 25% administration fee. Registrations cancelled less than 14 days before a course will not receive a refund. Cancelled registrations for fully online courses will not receive a refund, but registrants will be given access to a recording of the online class. Please allow 7 business days to receive your refund. 

In the event that a course is cancelled by SFI for any reason, all registrants will be given the option to receive a full refund, credit tuition towards a future course, or donate their tuition to SFI.

Events and Camping

For registrations cancelled 48 hours or more before a course, SFI will refund the full ticket price/camping registration fee minus a 25% administration fee. Registrations cancelled less than 48 hours before an event will not receive a refund. Please allow 7 business days to receive your refund. 

In the event that an event is cancelled by SFI for any reason, all registrants will be given the option to receive a full refund, credit tuition towards a future event, or donate their tuition to SFI.
